DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY
- We deliver our Products to Only UAE.
- Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
- Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 4 – 10 working days.
- UAE Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the state and order price.
- Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Return and Refund Policy
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Your Order Cancellation Rights
- Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
- Customer should keep the product intact, unused, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product
- Once the consumer has initiated a Return Request as described above, our agent will collect the items for a delivery fee based on the items purchased
- We will initiate the refunds within 10 days only after being satisfied the items returned is as per our stated return policy, using the same method used to make the payment. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund

- Custom made item.

- Assembled items.
- Discounted items / Coupons / Gift Cards
Conditions for Returns
For returning of goods, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Risk and ownership
- You are responsible for the products you purchase from us from the time they enter your physical possession or the physical possession of a person you designate to take custody of the products
- Ownership of a product that you purchase from us will pass to you upon the later of:
(a) delivery of the product; and
(b) receipt by us in cleared funds of all amounts due in respect of the product (including delivery charges).
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
